Meet Our Dogs

Meet the members of Bluefield Kennels.

Kate - Bluefields Amazing Kate, MH

Kate is a long standing member of Bluefield Kennels.  She is one awesome hunting dog and has acquired her Master Hunter Title.  She has an easy going personality and is a pleasure to hunt with.   Planning a late 2009, early 2010 litter.

Quick - Windfire's Speed Queen, MH, QAA

Quick joined the kennel in 2007.  She is a very steady working dog.  Prior to coming to Bluefield Kennels, she obtained Qualified All Age Status.  Since being at the kennel she has acquired her Master Hunter Title.  Quick is one of the most loving dogs both at home and in the field.  Planning a late 2009, early 2010 litter.

Bailey - Bluefields Bring Em Back Bailey, SH

Bailey returned to the kennel in 2009.  She grew up here and left for a short time to get some real hunting experience.  Since her return she has began working toward her Master Hunter Title which we hope she will be eligible for in the spring of 2010.   Bailey is a very loving dog with a great personality and tons of drive.  Planning a late 2009, early 2010 litter.

Miley

Miley is one of our newer dogs here at the kennel.  She is a puppy from Quick.  Her and Piper ran their first AKC hunt test event in fall 2009.  They both acquired a senior hunter pass.  Miley will be continuing her training to prepare for Master Hunter level test in 2010.

Sam

Sam, she is our sweet baby doll of the kennel.  The most loving puppy I think we have ever had.  She has a great desire to please and is very pleasant to be around.  In the field she has a heart of gold and desires nothing more than to please the handler.  Sam's calm and cool personality is on of the best.

Abbey

Abbey is the newest member of Bluefield Kennels.  No, she is not a lab.  This is our first Boykin Spaniel.  I got to see these dogs in action when a good friend of mine brought his over.  It is amazing what these little dogs can do.  Abbey has just started her training with high expectations.  While the other dogs are not sure what to think of her, Abbey has won the hearts of everyone at the house.
